Creating Mi Mo Handbags is a second act for Mia. The love of diversity and world travel pulled her from her high school teaching and counseling position. Although she misses the interaction with young people, Mia loves bringing global influences to the Mi Mo line and to women all over. She enjoys the closeness of family business and the opportunity to work creatively with fellow designers and customers. Mia works to bring you down to earth bags for reasonable prices.

Samantha Vinyard

Operations Manager and designer, she is the cheerful voice on the line when you call nd the artist behind much of the design that comes from Mi Mo Handbags. Samantha serves as our envirionmental conscience by making sure that we consider our planet in all decisions we make.

Kim Buckwalter

Kim has served as a designer and project manager for several large companies in the fashion industry. Her expertise in trend spotting and future planning is invaluable to Mi Mo.

Vicki Gampietro of Let Me Do It Accounting

Vicki is the accounting and systems management wiz that keeps Mi Mo going. Vicki has run her own accounting buisness for many years and understands how to manage logistics and keep the company running smoothly.

We live in the Portland, Oregon metro area. Our warehouse is in Lake Oswego. We are influenced by the creative vibe of the Portland design scene and the beauty of nature all around our area.

Our bags are sourced all over the world from China to India to Mexico.We value our relationships with our world partners: they are fellow designers, artisans and craftspeople.
